Our Mission
The purpose of LVGS is to support the literacy needs of adults (especially those reading below the ninth reading level) with free, confidential, one-on-one tutoring and small group instruction by trained adult volunteers. Our approach is student-centered so that literacy goals match life goals related to the family, employment and citizenship.
